• Male/Female
• College Graduate
• Five (5) years of relevant experience in engineering or construction works
• Three (3) years of managerial experience
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Must have a valid PRC License
• Experience in the water utilities industries, an advantage
• With strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable in Auto CAD and MS Projects
• Proficient in MS Office Programs
• Result oriented with keen attention to details
• Must have very strong work ethics, integrity and practices impartiality
• Must be a team player
• With Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Area of Assignment – Santa Barbara, Iloilo
