Duties and Functions

Mandate: In coordination with the Office of the Local Chief Executive, perform human resource and development functions in the local government in accordance with existing laws and policies.

Mission: Provide effective, efficient and conscientious human resource and development services to the personnel of the LGU and other stakeholders.

Vision: An office that is a model of excellence in human resource and development.
